Every Dojo delivery requires the recipient to present valid government-issued ID showing they are 21 or older. The driver will check at delivery. If no one is home or the recipient cannot present ID, the carrier will either re-attempt delivery the next business day, hold the package at the local depot, or return it to us — depending on carrier policy.

This is a federal PACT Act requirement, not our internal policy. We cannot waive it.
