What is the Dojo Vape warranty?
30-day quality issue window from the date of delivery. We accept claims for: dead-on-arrival devices, LCD error codes E04 or E05 (hardware faults), magnetic dock failures, pod-juice leaks at the seam, and scratch-code authentication failures. Approved claims ship replacements from Memphis same-day.
How do I file a Dojo Vape warranty claim?
Email service@dojo-vapes.com with your order number, device SKU, and a clear photo of the issue (LCD error screen, leak, dead LED, etc.) — that one email gets you a resolution. We respond within 24 business hours with replacement authorization or follow-up questions if the photos are inconclusive.
What's NOT covered by the Dojo Vape warranty?
Damage from physical drops, water immersion, freezing temperatures (below 32°F sustained), pod-juice spills caused by user storage upside-down, fake devices purchased through unauthorized retailers, and devices purchased through any channel other than dojo-vapes.com or another Vaporesso-authorized US distributor. Cosmetic wear (scratches, drip-tip discoloration) is also not covered.
How long do Dojo Vape replacement units take to ship?
Same business day from Memphis on approved claims submitted before 2 PM Central. Approved after 2 PM ships the next business day. Tracking is emailed automatically. Adult-signature is required at delivery just like the original order.
Can I return a Dojo Vape pod that doesn't taste right?
Taste preference is not a warranty issue — we cannot replace a pod for 'I didn't like the flavor.' If you suspect the pod has an actual quality defect (off-flavor that doesn't match the device's other pods, visible juice discoloration, or unusual burnt taste from the first puff), email a description and we'll evaluate under quality-issue criteria.
Does Dojo Vape warranty cover the iMate X hub separately from the pod?
Yes. The iMate X 20K hub has the 30-day quality window for hub-specific defects (LCD failure, charge port failure, button failure, magnetic dock failure). The pod has its own 30-day DOA window for pod-specific defects (juice leak, coil dead from first puff, chip handshake failure). Damage caused by misuse of one component on the other is not covered.
