What Dojo Vape Cannot Refund or Accept Back

Due to federal vape regulations and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • • Flavor preference issues (we cannot resell opened pods)
  • • Devices outside the 30-day window
  • • Devices purchased from non-authorized resellers (gray market)

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of authorization. Funds typically land in your account 2-3 business days after that — total turnaround is usually 5-8 business days from initial email. For credit-card refunds, your card-issuer's processing time may add an additional 1-3 days.
