We offer wholesale tier pricing on the full Dojo lineup for verified US retailers. Minimum order quantity is 6 cases (mixed SKU allowed). Pricing tiers scale at 6 / 24 / 60 / 240+ cases. Standard wholesale ground shipping from Memphis: 2-3 business days nationwide. Expedited (next-day air) available at standard carrier rates. Drop-ship to your customer's address available for distributor-tier accounts on approval — see drop-ship terms below.
Distributor-tier accounts (240+ cases) can opt into Dojo's drop-ship program, where we ship orders direct to your end customer's address with your branded packing slip. Drop-ship orders require: a valid PACT Act registration on file, age-verification compliance documentation, and the customer's verified 21+ ID on the order record. We do not drop-ship to states on our restricted list, and we do not drop-ship internationally.
Drop-ship orders bill weekly under NET 30 terms after the first 30 prepaid shipments. We integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce stores via webhook on request, or you can email orders to wholesale@dojo-vapes.com for manual fulfillment.
Wholesale orders are prepaid for the first 90 days of any new account. After 30 successful prepaid shipments with no chargebacks or compliance flags, eligible accounts can apply for NET 30 terms by submitting a credit application: trade references from three current vape distributors, bank reference, and DUNS number. Approved NET 30 accounts get a 30-day billing cycle from invoice date with a 2% early-pay discount on payments cleared within 10 days.
