21+ Age Verification — How It Works at Dojo

US federal law (Tobacco 21) sets 21 as the minimum age to buy any vape product, including disposables like the Dojo PUREX 60K and Sphere S 40K. Checking a box that says you are 21 is not enough for us, so every first order is matched to a real government-issued photo ID before it ships.

Place your order as usual. On the order confirmation page you will see a short upload form: take a clear photo of a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID card or passport) and submit it. If you close the page first, we email you an upload link about 15 minutes after the order and send one reminder the next day.

A member of our verification team checks the photo, the date of birth and the name against the order. Your order is packed only after the ID is approved, then it is dispatched within one business day from our Memphis, TN warehouse. Larger orders may also be asked for a photo of the payment card used. Customers we have already verified on an earlier order are approved automatically.

A photo can't be approved when it is blurry or cropped, when glare covers the date of birth, or when the ID has expired. If that happens we email you a new upload link so you can send a clearer photo or a different valid ID. If the upload link does not work for you, reply to the email or send the ID to service@dojo-vapes.com and the team will review it there.

We will not ship an order until the buyer is verified as 21 or older. Only government-issued photo IDs are accepted; we never ask for bank statements, credit card statements or birth certificates.

ID photos are stored privately on our own systems and are visible only to the verification team that reviews them. They are not published, not shown in order emails and not shared with marketing partners. Once your age is verified, your order ships from Dojo vapes, dispatched within one business day from our Memphis, TN warehouse.
